Local financial advisor Molly Hoge has earned a spot among Nebraska’s top next-generation wealth advisors, ranking No. 8 in the state on the 2026 Forbes | SHOOK Best-in-State Next-Gen Wealth Advisors list.
The annual ranking recognizes financial advisors age 40 and younger who have at least four years of experience. Hoge, who serves clients from her new Edward Jones office in Bennington, said the recognition is particularly meaningful because of the relationships she has built with clients and within the community.
“It’s an incredible honor to be recognized on a national scale,” Hoge said. “I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me and for the support I’ve received from our community.”
Hoge said she believes that trust has been one of the biggest factors in her professional growth. Rather than focusing solely on individual transactions, she has built her practice around long-term relationships and helping clients work toward their financial goals.
“Many of the families I serve have introduced me to their friends and loved ones,” she said. “My business has grown through those referrals and long-term relationships.”
For Hoge, those referrals represent more than business growth. She said they are a reflection of the impact she hopes to have on the people she serves.
“That’s something I’m especially proud of, because it means the work we’re doing together is making a positive difference in their lives,” she stated.

Hoge works with individuals and families navigating a wide range of financial priorities. She mentioned one of the biggest challenges she sees is that clients often have several competing goals at once, from saving for retirement and supporting family members to managing taxes and maintaining their current lifestyle.
“It can be difficult to know which goals should take priority and whether they’re making the most of the resources they have available,” Hoge said.
Her role is to help clients bring those different pieces together rather than treating each financial decision separately. She looks at factors including investments, cash flow, taxes and long-term goals to help clients develop a cohesive financial plan.
“My goal is to help clients make informed decisions and feel confident that their financial plan supports the life they want to live,” she said.
As a member of the next generation of financial advisors, Hoge is also looking toward the future of the relationships she has built. She said one of the advantages of being a younger advisor is the opportunity to potentially guide clients through many stages of their lives.
“One advantage of being a next-generation advisor is that clients know I’ll be there to help guide them through many stages of life, from today through retirement and beyond,” she said.
That long-term perspective is particularly important to Hoge as she works with multiple generations within families. She said she looks forward to getting to know clients’ children, parents and grandchildren and helping families navigate financial decisions together.
“There’s something really rewarding about serving multiple generations of a family and being a trusted resource as their needs evolve over time,” Hoge said.
Hoge’s Bennington office is located at 8053 N. 157th St. She and her client support team can be reached at 402-403-3713.
