Food & Essentials

-St. John’s Lutheran Church Food Pantry – Open to anyone in need. (See attached graphic for updated open hours)

-Library Free Pantry – Located outside the library community rooms near the outdoor water fountain. Take what you need or leave what you can! The library also has a “seed library” where you can access varieties of seeds to grow your own food!

-COPE (Elkhorn) – Offers food, clothing, and financial assistance for local families. https://copeinfo.org/

-Buy Nothing Bennington (Facebook Group) – A great way to share or receive items like clothing, food, home goods, toys, and more.

Mental Health Support

The Link Mental Health Services – Provides FREE walk-in therapy services. No appointment necessary.

School & Student Resources

Bennington Public Schools Foundation – Supports families and students through several programs:

• Bennington Disaster Relief Fund: Financial relief for anyone affected by natural disasters who lives within the BPS District or has students at BPS.

• Student Needs Fund: Provides essentials for BPS students. (Requests should go through school principals or guidance counselors.)

• All Star Kids & TeamMates: Before/after school and mentoring programs.
